Popped Hot and Cold Packs

Popped hot and cold packs are designed to relieve perineal pain and hemorrhoid discomfort, and to soothe uterine and menstrual cramping, C-section incisions, breast soreness, and clogged ducts. These gel packs can be placed in the freezer for soothing cold relief, or they can be microwaved to use in heat therapy. Use cold to reduce pain, swelling, bleeding, and fever. Use hot to relieve cramping and relax muscles
